Our dedicated team of speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and educators collaborate with families to create positive, individualized treatment plans that honor each child’s unique abilities, family dynamics, and personal strengths. We welcome both neurotypical children as role models and children with disabilities, creating a perfectly blended program that fosters growth, inclusivity, and meaningful connections for all. We are searching for Early Childhood educators/ teachers to lead and run our Enrichment Program starting in August. Monday•Friday, program hours are 9-2pm. Working hours will range approx. 8:30am-2:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement engaging enrichment programs tailored to the developmental and educational needs of children with disabilities. Collaborate with therapists and families to create individualized learning plans that support each child’s transition to mainstream school. Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and tools to enhance cognitive, social, and emotional skills. Conscious Discipline Methodology experience a plus! Monitor and assess students’ progress, making adjustments to instruction as needed to ensure optimal learning outcomes. Provide a supportive and nurturing environment that fosters each child’s growth and development.
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field. Experience working with children with disabilities in an educational or therapeutic setting. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Patience, creativity, and a passion for making a difference in children’s lives.
