Job Summary:
We are seeking Prek Teacher for 2-3 year old classroom With experienc, must have. DCD 45 hours completed / CDA. As a Teacher you will be responsible for providing an educational environment for children. You will create and implement lesson plans, facilitate learning activities, and ensure the overall well-being of the students. Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Provide individualized attention and support to each student
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Utilize various teaching methods to engage students in learning
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to enhance the educational experience
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times
- Promote positive parent/guardian involvement in the education process ###
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Valid teaching certification/license
- Experience working with children in a classroom or daycare setting
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain discipline
- Proficiency in math, literacy education, and early intervention strategies
- Understanding of child welfare guidelines and regulations
