Job Summary:

We are seeking Prek Teacher for 2-3 year old classroom With experienc, must have. DCD 45 hours completed / CDA. As a Teacher you will be responsible for providing an educational environment for children. You will create and implement lesson plans, facilitate learning activities, and ensure the overall well-being of the students. Duties:
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Provide individualized attention and support to each student
  • Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
  • Utilize various teaching methods to engage students in learning
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to enhance the educational experience
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times
  • Promote positive parent/guardian involvement in the education process ###
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Valid teaching certification/license
  • Experience working with children in a classroom or daycare setting
  • Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain discipline
  • Proficiency in math, literacy education, and early intervention strategies
  • Understanding of child welfare guidelines and regulations
