The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the development of children’s social, emotional, and cognitive skills through engaging activities and structured learning experiences. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans based on the center’s curriculum and the “Florida Standard for Four year Old’s”. Create a safe, welcoming, inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behavior and learning. Maintaining a sanitary, clean environment before student arrival/ post departure. Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing early intervention when necessary to support their development. Collaborate with special education professionals to accommodate the needs of children requiring additional support. Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their curiosity and love for learning through play-based activities. Requirements Resume (Two Min. References Required) High School Diploma Level 2 Background Clearance Valid Drivers License CDA/Staff Credential/FCCPC DCF 45-Hour Child Care Training Completion (preferred) 1 year (or more) of Child Care Experience CPR/First Aid Certification Passion for educating children Strong Team Building Skills Strong Communication (w/ Colleagues, Children, Parents)

Bi-Lingual:

English/Spanish, English/French-Creole •(Preferred, not required) Strong understanding of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies A patient, nurturing demeanor with a passion for teaching young children.
