As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the development and well-being of children aged 3 to 5 years, guiding them through their early educational journey. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that promotes child welfare and encourages exploration. Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing individualized support for each child’s learning needs. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to enhance the educational experience. Facilitate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Collaborate with other educators in curriculum development and share best practices for teaching methodologies. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the classroom setting. Skills Experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is essential. Knowledge of child welfare practices and toddler care techniques. Familiarity with early intervention strategies to support diverse learning needs. Previous experience in private school settings or Montessori methods is preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff members. Ability to create engaging curriculum materials that cater to various learning styles.
