Preschool/Infant Teacher World Class Academy 400 SW 4th Street, Okeechobee, FL 34974 World Class Academy is a leader in Early Childhood Christian Education in South Florida, teaching infants- VPK. Your daily schedule:
Engage the children with activities based on our curriculum that encourage curiosity, exploration, and problem-solving appropriate to the development levels of the children. Execute daily classroom schedule to include teacher-directed learning, child-centered experiences, quality outdoor time, age-appropriate proper hygiene, feeding times, nap time and other daily activities. Assist the Director in the selection of books, equipment and other instructional materials appropriate for the classroom. Communicate effectively with parents electronically and in person regarding the children’s growth and progress. Create and encourage child interactions with peers and adults to foster children’s social competencies, including self-esteem and confidence. Maintain a clean, safe and organized classroom. Maintain attendance and other records. Supervise children at all times.
