Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years experience in a daycare director or leadership role. High volume center experience preferred. Minimum of 5 years experience in the early childhood education field Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field required Summary As the Daycare Director, you will lead and oversee the daily operations of our childcare facility, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children. Your expertise in early childhood education and daycare management will be essential in fostering developmental growth and implementing effective teaching strategies. You will utilize your core skills in childcare and classroom experience, while also leveraging premium skills such as first aid and special education. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and a passion for working with young children, making a significant impact on their early learning experiences. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the daycare, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children. Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs that promote early childhood development. Supervise staff, providing guidance and support in classroom management and care-giving practices. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols. Foster positive relationships with parents and caregivers, addressing concerns and providing updates on child progress. Conduct staff training and professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
