Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves implementing engaging curriculum activities that promote the holistic development of children aged 3 to 5 years, while also ensuring their safety and well-being. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages social, emotional, and cognitive development. Utilize various teaching methods, including Montessori approaches, to cater to diverse learning styles. Conduct assessments and standardized testing to monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly. Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting positive interactions among students. Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children’s learning and development at home. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, ensuring all materials are organized and accessible. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of childhood development. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Experience working with students in a classroom setting, particularly in early childhood education. Familiarity with curriculum development processes tailored for young learners. Ability to teach physical education activities suitable for preschool-aged children. Strong behavior management skills to create an effective learning environment. Experience with Montessori methods is a plus but not required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.
