The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for children. As a Lead Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of lesson plans, ensuring that each child’s individual needs are met while promoting their growth and learning. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to various learning styles and abilities. Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary to meet individual needs. Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss student development and address any concerns. Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes child welfare. Provide support in areas such as speech therapy, deaf education, and standardized testing when required. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social, emotional, and academic growth. Supervise assistant teachers and support staff in the classroom setting. Requirements Proven experience working with children in daycare or educational settings is essential. Strong background in lesson planning, particularly for early childhood education. Knowledge of child welfare policies and practices is highly desirable. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while demonstrating leadership skills. Nice To Haves Nice to
