Professional Development Opportunities Membership to industry associations Health and Dental coming soon The Preschool Floater Teacher works with the Lead Teacher(s) to develop a cohesive classroom, assists in the coordination the curriculum by using “Learning Beyond Paper”, and helps to manages the day-to-day operational activities students in their and the lead teachers care. The Preschool Floater Teacher should possess high energy and be able to work well with staff, students, and parents. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work with and in an energetic environment and provide fun-filled learning opportunities while making a positive impact on the lives of children in all age groups of the center.

What You’ll Do:

Manage adherence to quality standards in accordance with both center’s vision and state and local requirements while ensuring all Center policies and state regulations are met Lead by example and encourage teaching team success through modeling and coaching Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by creating classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards Plan individual and group age-appropriate exercises to actively engage children and encourage social, cognitive, and emotional growth Maintain personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement What We Need from

You:

Minimum of 1 years of professional early childhood education preferred High School Diploma and/or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field of study
