Summary The Three-Year-Old Lead Teacher provides a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children aged three. This role involves the implementation of age-appropriate educational activities, promoting social and emotional development, and ensuring that each child’s physical, cognitive, and emotional needs are met in a positive, supportive setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Classroom Support:
Assist the lead teacher in preparing and organizing the classroom for daily activities, including setting up materials and learning stations. Ensure that the classroom environment is clean, safe, and welcoming for children.
Child Supervision and Interaction:
Supervise and engage with children during various activities, including arts and crafts, playtime, and group lessons. Assist children with basic self-care tasks such as washing hands, using the restroom, and putting on jackets. Assist with
Curriculum Implementation:
Support the lead teacher in implementing the lesson plans and curriculum. Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to children as needed during lessons or playtime.
Health, Safety, and Well-Being:
Communicate with the lead teacher about any concerns or observations regarding individual children. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom by following safety protocols and responding promptly to emergencies.
Professional Development:
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with early childhood education best practices and policies.
