The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for developing age-appropriate curriculum, fostering positive relationships with students, and collaborating with parents to support each child’s development. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote early childhood learning and development. Provide care and supervision for toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Utilize effective behavior management strategies to guide children’s social interactions and emotional growth. Foster an inclusive classroom environment that accommodates children with special needs. Monitor and assess each child’s progress in various developmental areas, including cognitive, social, and emotional skills. Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child’s progress, challenges, and achievements. Organize classroom activities that encourage exploration, creativity, and discovery. Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive learning environment across the preschool program. Skills Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices. Experience in toddler care, infant care, or daycare settings is highly desirable. Proficient in behavior management techniques to effectively address various classroom situations. Familiarity with special education practices to support children with diverse needs. Excellent classroom management skills to maintain a productive learning environment. Understanding of childhood development milestones to tailor educational approaches accordingly. Ability to engage effectively with children through play-based learning strategies. Previous experience working with children in educational or caregiving roles is preferred.
