2025-2026 School Year Unity School is seeking a warm, experienced, and enthusiastic Montessori teacher to join our 3-6 classroom team. We are a well-established Montessori school that has served families in South Florida for 60 years. Qualifications Professional Qualifications:
- AMS or AMI Montessori Primary Certification (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with preschool-aged children
- Knowledge of Positive Discipline or similar classroom management approaches

Primary Responsibilities Instruction and Curriculum:
- Develop engaging, developmentally appropriate circle time lessons aligned with Montessori principles
- Refresh and rotate classroom materials monthly, following Montessori scope and sequence
Student Observation and Assessment:
- Monitor student progress daily, using observations and assessments to guide individualized instruction
- Ensure student safety and engagement during work time, snack, and outdoor play
Parent Communication:
- Maintain open, regular communication with parents
- Complete progress reports and lead parent conferences with professionalism and care
Classroom Environment and Administration:
- Maintain a clean and organized learning environment, including biweekly classroom section refreshes
- Record daily attendance and manage classroom lunch orders
