Responsibilities:

Supervise a team of teachers and support staff Build and maintain parent and community relationships Ensure state and federal guidelines are met each day Maintain student & staff files per state licensing requirements Create staff shifts and schedules New hire orientation Ensure timely submissions of VPK paperwork and assessment every month Make sure curriculum and lesson plans are followed in every classroom

Qualifications:

Florida DCF Director credential Previous management experience Basic Office & Computer Skills required: MS Word, Excel and email, filing Excellent organizational skills Reliable and punctual VPK credentials and CDL Class C preferred
