Hiring bonus will be distributed as $100 after 30 days, $100 after 60 days, and $100 after 90 days. Must have your DCF 45 hours; a CDA is a plus, any additional qualifications are welcome. This is a M-F full time position. Must have flexibility to help open or close. Must know how to use technology such as a computer and iPad. You must have the children as your #1 priority as all decisions made will start with what is best for them. We ask that you follow the class schedule, take initiative in the classroom, and stay engaged with the children. Assist in classroom cleaning and organization. Always prioritize the safety of the children by maintaining ratio and absolutely no phone usage in classroom. We have high standards for our students and teachers. You should, too.
