Infant Teacher The Learning Cottage at Palmer Ranch 5745 Rosin Way, Sarasota, FL 34233 Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for Infants ranging from 3 months to 12 months of age, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a strong commitment to early childhood education and the ability to engage with children in a meaningful way. The Infant Teacher will work closely with parents and staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child. Responsibilities Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment for all children. Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their social skills and emotional growth. Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child’s development and any concerns. Organize activities that enhance children’s physical, social, and cognitive skills. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the classroom. Experience Candidates should possess experience or knowledge in the following areas: Behavior management strategies in an educational setting. Daycare or preschool environments. Early childhood education principles. Infant care practices. Nannying or babysitting experience is a plus. Experience working directly with students in an educational capacity is highly valued.
