Preschool Teacher Baby Fox Academy of Florida Sarasota, FL 34239 Baby Fox Academy is looking for an AWESOME Preschool Teacher for our Tuttle Ave (Sarasota) two/three-year-old preschool classroom! We specialize in play-based learning. Our kiddos spend the day playing and having fun. We are looking for long-term staff that will enjoy teaching through play. We look for: Experience working in a preschool environment (REQUIRED) CDA/FCCPC and/or degree in ECE or related field AND Staff Credential (Preferred) 45 hours of Early Childhood Training (Preferred, not required before being hired, Must complete within 30 days of being hired). CPR Certification (preferred) High School Diploma/GED (REQUIRED) Must pass a background check (REQUIRED) SUPER ENERGETIC, Friendly, Organized, NOT AFRAID to GET MESSY and

Responsibilities

• Must be able to fully implement classroom lesson plans. Lesson plans are completed by classroom teachers (lesson plan training provided).
• Maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive and engaging learning experience.
• Provide individualized attention and support to students to meet their academic and social needs.
• Communicate effectively with staff and the administrative team to share student progress and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational program.
• Stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education and incorporate them into daily teaching strategies.
• Foster a love for learning through creative and interactive teaching methods.
• Participate in professional development opportunities, both on their own and as a team, to enhance teaching skills and knowledge in the field of early childhood education.
