Your Role:

Shaping Young Minds (and Having a Blast Doing It!) As our Preschool Teacher , you’ll lead a class of curious 3-4-year-olds through playful learning, heartfelt connection, and hands-on exploration. With our low teacher-to-student ratios, you’ll truly have the time to connect, teach, and inspire each child individually.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Using storytelling, songs, games, and educational play to bring your lessons to life Helping children grow emotionally and socially through guided interactions and gentle redirection Encouraging independence and curiosity through activities that teach life skills, math, literacy, art, and more Observing and supporting each child’s unique learning style and developmental milestones Creating a warm, safe, and sparkly-clean classroom that radiates joy Collaborating with your fellow early childhood rockstars to deliver a dynamic curriculum Being a consistent and comforting presence as children navigate their early learning journey What You Bring to the

Prior experience in a preschool classroom with excellent classroom management chops A heart full of compassion and patience
