The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and be committed to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the development of children’s social, emotional, and cognitive skills through engaging activities and structured learning experiences. Responsibilities Implement age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards and promotes childhood development. Educate children through play-based learning, focusing on key areas such as language, math, science, and social skills. Create a positive and engaging classroom environment. Integrate Biblical principles throughout the day, including prayer, Bible stories and age-appropriate Bible curriculum Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere for all students. Conduct regular assessments of children’s progress and provide feedback to parents regarding their development. Collaborate with other educators to design programs that support early intervention for children needing additional assistance.
