Assistant Childcare Director All My Kidz Academy 2 Cochran, GA 31014 Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Director to lead our child care program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education administration and experience working with students in a child care setting. As the Child Care Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facility, ensuring that we provide a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. Your leadership will be key in fostering a positive atmosphere for both staff and families. Responsibilities Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children and align with state regulations. Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations to maintain a secure environment for children. Communicate effectively with parents, addressing their concerns and providing updates on their child’s progress. Manage daily operations including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure efficient functioning of the facility. Collaborate with local schools and community organizations to promote our program and foster partnerships. Conduct regular assessments of programs and staff performance to continuously improve quality of care. Skills Strong background in education administration with a focus on early childhood education. Proven experience working with students in various educational settings. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff. Ability to lead a team and foster a collaborative work environment. Knowledge of higher education teaching methodologies is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
