We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Georgia Pre-K Lead Teacher to join our team and make a lasting impact. Position Overview As a Georgia Pre-K Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and assessing a developmentally appropriate educational program for children ages four to five. This role requires strong leadership skills, an understanding of child development, and the ability to create a nurturing and engaging classroom environment. Responsibilities
- Design and deliver lesson plans aligned with Georgia Pre-K standards.
- Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor and support student growth.
- Develop innovative strategies to enhance learning opportunities for all students.
- Engage actively with families to build positive relationships and support children’s development.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate results effectively.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and other staff to ensure the success of the Pre-K program. Qualifications
Educational Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in Pre-K or early childhood settings.
Assessment Skills:
Proficiency in conducting developmental assessments and interpreting results.
- Georgia teaching certification preferred but not required. Salary Range The salary range for this position is competitive, between $38,000 and $48,500 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Why Join Us?
