The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children. As an Infant/Toddler Floater you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of our students, guiding them through their early learning journey. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Facilitate engaging activities that promote learning in areas such as literacy, math, and physical education. Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development. Implement effective behavior management strategies to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns that may arise. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience for students. Skills Strong background in childcare and early childhood education principles. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff. Proficient in behavior management techniques to address various classroom dynamics. Experience in infant care, ensuring the safety and well-being of young children. Ability to provide tutoring support in foundational subjects such as math. Knowledge of childhood development theories to inform teaching practices. Capability to teach physical education activities that promote health and fitness among preschoolers. A genuine passion for educating young learners and fostering their growth.
