Teacher About Our Program:

We provide exceptional care to children ages 0-5 years old. Our program is open Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. We believe that children learn and thrive best when they are able to receive care in a small group setting. Our 1-6 ratios in our class groups provide teachers the ability to teach effectively and enjoy their time exploring and playing with the children. We offer Music and Movement, Spanish, Gardening, Outside play, Walks in nature, Field Trips, Creative based Curriculum and Arts and Crafts. We are not your average classroom, we like for the children in our care to stay busy, play, explore, dance, move around and experience learning hands on. We don’t force children to learn from only sitting at a desk. Therefore we are looking for Teachers who understand and enjoy being hands on, getting down on the floor and playing with the kids, creating awesome experiences with a can do attitude. Day to

Day Responsibilities:

Supervise all children in your care Lift toddlers on and off changing table to change diapers or perform a stand up diaper change Serve Meals, clean up after meals, wipe tables and chairs etc Clean up behind toddlers after each activity Wash hands, help with potty training Managing the day to day schedule/flow of the classroom Create an activities calendar for each month of items you want/need for themes in the classroom Prep crafts and activities

Daily Schedule:

4-5 hours per day of in class teaching hours 45 minutes per day of clean up/sanitation at the end of the program

Qualifications:

A minimum of 1 year teaching experience in a classroom setting At least 1 year teaching with children under age 2 Pass a background check Have or willing to obtain before hire CPR/First Aid Have or willing to obtain before hire Health and Safety •Bi-Lingual Candidates who can also speak Spanish will take precedence Why Work for us?
