Summary We are seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to join our passionate team at Scottdale Early Learning, Inc. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the educational experiences of young children, fostering their development and love for learning in a nurturing environment. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote childhood development. Create a safe and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning. Assess and monitor children’s progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children’s learning at home. Utilize various teaching strategies, including Montessori methods, to enhance educational experiences. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Requirements CDA or TCC/AS in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Strong understanding of childhood development principles.
