The ideal candidate will foster a positive and engaging learning environment for students, encouraging their academic growth and personal development. This role involves creating lesson plans, implementing curriculum, and supporting the diverse needs of students in early childhood education settings. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Utilize effective teaching strategies to promote student understanding in subjects such as Math and Physical Education. Monitor student progress and provide individualized support through early intervention and tutoring as needed. Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all students. Collaborate with colleagues to design and improve curriculum development initiatives. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices in education. Experience A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Proven experience working with children in an educational setting, including preschool levels. Familiarity with child welfare practices and behavior management techniques. Experience in tutoring or providing additional support to students is a plus. Knowledge of curriculum development processes and educational standards is beneficial.
