The ideal candidate will have experience working with children of various ages, including infants, and will be skilled in behavior management and caregiving. This role requires a commitment to fostering a positive learning atmosphere while ensuring the well-being of each child. Duties Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Implement behavior management techniques to encourage positive interactions among children. Communicate effectively with parents about their child and any concerns that may arise. Create a nurturing environment that supports emotional and social growth. Perform General cleaning when children are not present in childcare. Must be able to move constantly and lift a minimum of 45 lbs. Fill in as needed for Front Desk Associate as needed Experience Previous experience in childcare settings such as preschools, classrooms, or as a nanny is preferred. Familiarity with early childhood education principles is beneficial. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus. Strong caregiving skills, particularly in infant care, are essential. Ability to educate children through play-based learning and structured activities.
