Summary As a Lead Infant Early Childhood Educator, you will be instrumental in fostering a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Reporting to the Director of Education, you will utilize your core skills in classroom management and early childhood education to create engaging lesson plans and support child development. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to early childhood education standards. Manage classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment. Foster effective communication with children, parents, and staff to support child development. Assess and monitor children’s progress, adapting strategies as needed. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and address individual learning needs. Ensure compliance with safety and educational regulations while providing quality childcare.
