Pay Rate:

Starting from $15.00 per hour (depending on experience and education)

Experience A minimum of a CDA/TCC is required for all Lead Teacher roles Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Experience working in daycare or preschool settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in education. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. A genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young minds.
