Duties:

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for infant children
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning
• Use effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive and productive learning environment
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement individualized education plans for students with special needs
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns

Experience:

• Previous experience working with infant children in a classroom or childcare setting
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education
• Familiarity with special education strategies and techniques for supporting students with diverse learning needs
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active engagement and participation
