Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
• Supervise and engage children in play and learning activities
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians
• Ensure the well-being and safety of all children at all times
• Follow established policies and procedures for child care center

Qualifications:

• Experience in childcare, nannying, or daycare setting
• Knowledge of toddler care, infant care, and early childhood education
• Familiarity with special education needs is a plus
• Ability to educate and engage children through age-appropriate activities
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
• Excellent classroom management skills to create a positive learning environment
