In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, possess knowledge of childhood development, and demonstrate strong classroom management skills. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development. Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Monitor and assess children’s progress in various developmental areas. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support a collaborative learning environment. Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere. Provide care and supervision to children during activities, meals, and transitions. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns. Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and participate in professional development opportunities. Experience Prior experience working with students or children in a caregiving or educational setting is essential. A background in early childhood education or childhood development is highly desirable. Experience with classroom management techniques to create an effective learning environment.
