Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Supervise and engage children in educational and recreational activities
- Maintain open and effective
POSITIVE
communication with parents/guardians regarding their child’s progress
- Monitor and ensure the safety of all children in the daycare facility
- Assist with mealtime routines
- Administer basic first aid when necessary
- Take appropriate classes to ensure you are updated on proper trainings
Skills:
- Strong classroom management skills to effectively manage a group of students
- Experience working with young children in a daycare
- Ability to provide compassionate care and support to children’s emotional and physical needs
