Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery. Provide individualized attention to students to support their unique learning needs, including those requiring special education services. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication regarding student progress. Conduct assessments to monitor student development and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Teach physical education activities that promote health and wellness among preschoolers. Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Experience A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
