- We are seeking a dedicated Classroom Floater to join our team. The Classroom Floater will provide support in various classrooms, assisting teachers and ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment for children.
- Duties
- Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Support children’s development through positive interactions and guidance
- Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Work with children with diverse needs, including those with autism
- Aid in behavior management and conflict resolution
- Collaborate with teachers on curriculum development and implementation
- Experience
- Prior experience in childcare or preschool settings is preferred
