The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering the growth and development of young children. This role involves creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom atmosphere that promotes learning through play and exploration. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and self-expression among preschoolers. Assess and monitor children’s progress in literacy education, social skills, and emotional development. Provide individualized support for children with special educational needs or those requiring additional assistance. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom space conducive to learning. Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s progress, behavior, and any concerns. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience within the preschool setting. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Experience A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Experience working in a preschool or daycare setting is highly desirable. Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in literacy education. Familiarity with lesson planning techniques and standardized testing for early learners. Skills in toddler care and special education are advantageous. A genuine love for working with children and the ability to create engaging learning experiences.
