The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This role involves developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, managing classroom behavior, and supporting the developmental needs of each child. Responsibilities Manage classroom activities, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment for all students. Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and staff to support children’s emotional and social development. Observe and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to parents regarding their child’s development. Implement behavior management strategies to address individual needs and promote positive interactions among children. Collaborate with colleagues to create an inclusive environment that accommodates children with diverse abilities, including those with disabilities. Maintain a clean, organized classroom that is conducive to learning and exploration. Requirements Strong classroom management skills with the ability to create a structured yet flexible learning environment. Experience working with children in various capacities such as childcare, babysitting, or infant care is highly desirable. Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young children.
