Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for early childhood education
• Provide literacy education and promote language development in young children
• Conduct early intervention strategies to support children with special needs
• Incorporate physical education activities to promote gross motor skills development
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
• Manage student behavior and implement behavior management strategies
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and development
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a comprehensive curriculum
• Continuously assess student learning and adjust teaching methods as needed

Skills:

• Strong background in early childhood education and curriculum development
• Experience working with diverse student populations, including those with special needs
• Proficient in lesson planning and implementing engaging educational activities
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively manage student behavior and create a positive classroom environment
