The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and explore. As a Infant Teacher, you will be responsible for developing lesson plans, implementing educational activities, and fostering positive relationships with students and their families. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Provide a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment for all students. Educate children in various subjects including language, math, science, and social skills through play-based learning. Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive interactions among students. Support the individual needs of children, including those with disabilities or special education requirements. Foster strong relationships with parents and guardians through regular communication regarding student progress and development. Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessments to inform future teaching strategies. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience within the preschool setting. Qualifications A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting is essential. Knowledge of child development principles and behavior management techniques. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles. Experience working with students with disabilities or special education needs is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members.
