Our nurturing daycare is looking for a warm, dependable, and energetic afternoon caregiver to help guide and care for our playful 2-year-olds!
What You’ll Do:
Create a welcoming environment where children are excited to see you and feel safe, loved and ready to enjoy the rest of their day. Lead age-appropriate activities such as story time, music, sensory play, and simple crafts Assisting with diapering and potty training , following our proper hygiene, safety protocols, and positive reinforcement Serving snacks and promoting table manners , encouraging independence and healthy habits. Supervising safe indoor and outdoor play , helping children build social and motor skills Modeling kindness and respect , gently guiding behavior and encouraging sharing and cooperation Cleaning and sanitizing toys and surfaces to maintain a clean, safe classroom Communicating with co-workers and parents , giving brief updates on each child’s afternoon. Complying with all state licensing regulation requirements along with center policy and procedures.
