What You’ll Do:
Create a welcoming environment where children are excited to learn, play and see you each day. Lead age-appropriate activities that promote early learning, creativity, and social development such as circle time, arts and crafts, music, and centers. Encouraging positive behavior and classroom routines , fostering respect and cooperation among peers. Serving snacks and promoting table manners , encouraging independence and healthy habits. Supervising safe indoor and outdoor play , engaging children with energy and attentiveness. Cleaning, sanitizing toys and surfaces, and organize classrooms materials to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming space. Communicating with co-workers and parents to keep everyone informed and supported. Complying with all state licensing regulation requirements along with center policy and procedures. This position is ideal for someone who loves preschoolers, enjoys being part of a team, and wants to help shape hearts and minds in a fun, nurturing way.
