Two Year Old Teacher Blue Skies and Butterflies Academy 13475 Carpenter Dr, Walker, LA 70785 We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Two-year-old teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a commitment to fostering their growth and development. This role involves providing a safe, engaging, and educational environment for toddlers. The teacher will play a crucial role in supporting early childhood education and ensuring that each child’s individual needs are met. Duties Supervise and engage with children in a safe and nurturing environment. Provide care for toddlers, ensuring their basic needs are met. Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development. Foster social skills through play and group activities. Maintain a clean and organized classroom or play area. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns. Support classroom management by maintaining discipline and encouraging positive behavior. Collaborate with other childcare staff to create a cohesive learning environment. Qualifications Experience in toddler care or nannying is preferred. Background in early childhood education or related fields is highly desirable. Familiarity with preschool curriculum and classroom management techniques. Ability to educate children through engaging activities tailored to their developmental stages. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. A genuine love for working with children and helping them grow academically and socially. Previous experience working with students in an educational setting is a plus.
