Required Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Two years’ experience working in an early childhood program Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential awarded by the Council for Professional Recognition, or must obtain CDA within 18 months of hire date Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education
