The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with young children and a strong commitment to creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. As a Toddler Teacher at Audubon, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and well-being of our toddlers, helping them build the social, emotional, and cognitive skills they need to thrive. Duties Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration. Provide attentive care to infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety, comfort, and emotional well-being. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging social interaction and emotional development. Monitor and document children’s progress, behavior, and developmental milestones. Collaborate with parents to discuss their child’s progress and address any concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning. Skills Experience in daycare or childcare settings is preferred. Knowledge of infant care practices and toddler development. Strong ability to educate and engage young children through creative activities. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with parents and team members. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children

Qualifications:
