RESPONSIBILITIES
Teaching and Curriculum Development Planning and Delivering Lessons :
Creating engaging lesson plans and activities that promote learning and development in young children.
Curriculum Implementation :
Adhering to the educational curriculum and standards set by the school or state.
Child Development Observation and Assessment :
Monitoring and documenting the progress and development of each child.
Individualized Learning :
Adapting teaching methods to meet the individual needs and learning styles of each child. Classroom Management Creating a
Safe Environment :
Ensuring that the classroom is a safe, clean, and welcoming space for children.
Behavior Management :
Implementing strategies to manage and encourage positive behavior among children.
Communication and Collaboration Parent Communication :
Regularly communicating with parents about their child’s progress, behavior, and any concerns. Collaboration with
Colleagues :
Working with other teachers, aides, and administrators to create a cohesive educational environment.
Administrative Tasks Record Keeping :
Maintaining accurate records of each child’s attendance, progress, and any incidents.
Professional Development :

Supporting Emotional and Social Development Encouraging Social Skills :
