The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for nurturing young minds. As a Infant-Toddler Teacher, you will create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. You will be responsible for developing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development while fostering a love of learning. Responsibilities Implement lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery. Monitor, assess, document children’s progress, using TS gold Maintain classroom management to ensure a safe and respectful learning atmosphere. Collaborate with other educators and staff to support the overall development of each child. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns. Incorporate activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid procedures.
Skills Minimum requirements:
Infant-Toddler CDA Preferred or willingness to obtain Infant-Toddler CDA. Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices. Experience working with infants and toddlers in childcare Familiarity with special education strategies to support diverse learners. Understanding of childhood development milestones and age-appropriate practices. Excellent classroom management skills to maintain an orderly learning environment. Ability to create engaging educational activities that cater to different learning styles. Adult/Pediatric First aid & CPR certification is preferred or willingness to obtain certification. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.
