The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a strong commitment to early childhood education and the ability to implement engaging lesson plans that align with our educational philosophy. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy, math, and overall child development. Utilize behavior management techniques to maintain a positive classroom environment. Foster a love for learning through hands-on activities and interactive play. Assess and document children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians. Create a safe and welcoming classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration and creativity. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the educational experience for students. Incorporate Montessori methods into daily activities when appropriate. Provide individualized support to students based on their unique needs and learning styles. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of literacy education, math concepts, and child development principles. Familiarity with Montessori teaching methods is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the community.
