• Create engaging and interactive learning experiences through curriculum development
• Utilize Montessori principles to enhance the educational experience Experience
• Previous experience in early childhood education or daycare settings is preferred
• Knowledge of child welfare and best practices in childcare
• Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to plan and execute educational activities that promote holistic child development
