Experienced Preschool Floater Teacher Kidz Klub House Slidell 688 E I 10 Service Rd, Slidell, LA 70461 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters student growth and development. This role involves educating students in various subjects, with a focus on literacy education and special education needs. The Teacher will implement curriculum development strategies, manage classroom dynamics, and provide tutoring support to enhance student learning outcomes. Duties Assisting Lead Teachers with completing daily and weekly lessons. Interacting with students positively while providing a safe and nurturing learning environment. Manage classroom behavior effectively, creating a respectful and productive learning atmosphere. Collaborate with parents, staff, and other educators to support student success. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational best practices. Maintaining a clean classroom environment. Actively supervising students at all times. Qualifications Highschool Diploma or GED; teaching certification preferred. Experience in preschool or toddler care is a plus. Strong skills in classroom management and curriculum development. Proficiency in tutoring techniques to support diverse learners. Knowledge of literacy education principles and special education practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect for all students.
