Your primary responsibility will be to educate and care for children while promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Provide attentive care for infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Foster positive relationships with children by engaging in activities that encourage exploration and creativity. Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement strategies to guide children’s actions. Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning. Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress, behavior, and any concerns. Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience for all children. Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education, including special education techniques as needed. Qualifications A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Experience in childcare or as a daycare teacher is highly desirable. Knowledge of behavior management techniques and caregiving practices for infants and toddlers. Ability to provide first aid when necessary and maintain a safe environment for children. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. A compassionate nature with the ability to connect with children on their level. Familiarity with special education practices is a plus but not required.
