MUST be EEC Teacher Certified. Overview We are seeking passionate and dedicated Teachers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of young children. This role requires a strong commitment to early childhood education and the ability to engage with children effectively. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning in various subjects including math, physical education, and creative arts. Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that supports positive behavior management and classroom management techniques. Educate students through hands-on activities, play-based learning, and structured lessons that encourage exploration and curiosity. Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs while maintaining an engaging learning atmosphere. Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student development, behavior, and classroom activities. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the preschool curriculum and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities. Skills Background in Early Childhood Education with experience working with children. Proficient in lesson planning that incorporates various educational strategies to engage young learners. Knowledge of behavior management techniques to maintain a positive classroom environment. Classroom management skills to ensure a productive learning space for all students. Ability to integrate physical education into daily activities, promoting health and wellness among students. Familiarity with daycare settings and the unique challenges they present in early childhood education. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
