Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (8-hour shift within this window, 40 hours per week)

Role:
My Little Dream Learning Center is seeking a dependable, loving, and caring EEC Certified Infant Teacher to join our dedicated team. This role involves direct classroom support and nurturing care for our infants, creating a warm and developmentally appropriate learning environment where every child can thrive. We are looking for a professional and passionate educator who enjoys fostering early learning, supporting growth, and collaborating within a supportive team.
Responsibilities:
Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment where infants feel safe, secure, and encouraged to explore. Develop and implement age-appropriate activities aligned with developmental milestones (social, emotional, physical, and cognitive). Observe and document developmental progress and communicate with families about their child’s growth. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all infants through constant supervision and attentive care. Support all aspects of infant care, including feeding, bottle prep, diapering, naps, and hygiene routines. Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment following EEC guidelines and center policies. Communicate effectively with coworkers and families to ensure consistency and understanding. Participate in classroom planning, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development. Comfort and soothe infants with a calm and caring approach. Support transitions throughout the day and adapt to the individual needs of each child.
Requirements:
✔ EEC Certification in Infant/Toddler or Preschool (Required) ✔ Previous experience in a childcare, daycare, or early learning setting (Preferred) ✔ Strong understanding of infant development and appropriate practices ✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills ✔ Patience, creativity, flexibility, and a nurturing personality ✔ Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate professionally with families
